ESL and Cultural Immersion Program

Summer 2024

Ages 6-12 &13-18

Gain Ville Learning Center offers an ESL Cultural Immersion Summer Program that combines its intensive ESL program with an exciting curriculum for foreign-born teenagers visiting the New York / New Jersey area during Summer 2024. The aim of this ENGLISH program is to help youth from all around the globe explore the culture, language and life of US Americans.

In addition to providing daily intensive ESL classes, this program also provides 6-12 and 13-18 year old English Language students with a first-class educational experience through direct exposure to the American culture and mosaic that makes up the most culturally diverse metropolitan area in the US.

3 Camps to Choose From:

English Ages 6 – 12 Camp | Intensive English for Young Travelers
Intensive English for Young Travelers | Ages 13 – 18

LOCATION: New Jersey Summer Camp

This program takes place at either of our learning centers in Rutherford, or Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ situated in small American communities, within a few train stops, with easy access to the New York City metro area. We look forward to opening gateways to learning this upcoming summer!

PART TIME 16 to 20 hrs instruction per week | 4 days-a-week.

All inclusive 2 week, 4 week or 6 week intensive English summer programs for ages 6 to 12 and 13 to 18

PROGRAM PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

Daily ESL classes Mondays through Thursdays
All ESL Materials
Lunch meals at our center
Transportation to/from airport (Newark Airport; JFK for an additional fee)
Family homestays available for an extra fee throughout duration of stay

SAMPLE DAILY SCHEDULE

9:00 to 9:30am Morning Meet & Greet
9:30 to 12:00pm ESL Classes
12:00 to 12:30pm Noon Open Chat
12:30 to 1:00pm Lunch
1:00 to 3:00pm ESL Classes
3:00 to 5:00pm Optional activities

After 2:30 pm, students are free for the rest of the day unless they sign up for optional activities (some may require an additional fee).
Optional activities include Internships, study classes, lab work, library hours, college prep classes or personal statement sessions.

ESL homework will be assigned on Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week.
